>Description of transformer material configuration:
① Iron core
The new high-quality silicon steel sheet is adopted. The main material is 0.35-thick h18, h14, H12, Z11 high-quality silicon steel sheet. According to the requirements of guest rooms and service conditions, we select the most appropriate material to achieve the best performance design of transformer. (the conventional material is new high-quality silicon steel sheet).
② Wire rod
Pew, UEW, EIW, seiw, FEAI enameled wire and glass wire are used. The temperature resistance grade is f (155 ℃), H (180 ℃), HC (200 ℃), C (220 ℃). (the conventional temperature resistance grade is H class 180 ℃).
③ Insulating materials

④ Insulation material terminal block
Small power terminal block, beautiful appearance, excellent pressure resistance, temperature resistance, flame retardant performance. High power copper bar is used.
